Proposed Privacy Preservation Technique for Color Medical Images

Nowadays, the security of images or information is very important. This paper introduces a proposed hybrid watermarking and encryption technique for increasing medical image security. First, secret encrypted using Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) algorithm. Then, report patient embedded into with Least Significant Bit (LSB) After that, concealed in cover image, Kekre’s Median Codebook Generation (KMCG) Afterwards, stego-image obtained split 16 parts. Finally, it sent to receiver. We adopt this strategy send over network securely. The assessed different quality metrics including Peak Signal-to-Noise Ratio (PSNR), Correlation Coefficient (Cr), Feature Similarity Index Metric (FSIM), Structural (SSIM). Histogram estimation used confirm matching between before after transmission. Simulation results demonstrate that achieves good performance high received clear details short processing time.
